Founders Metals Secures C$15M for Exploration Growth

Founders Metals (TSE:FDR) has released an update.

Founders Metals Inc. has secured a C$15 million financing deal through a private placement of common shares, and also outlined a strategic 5% equity investment with a major precious metals producer. These funds are intended to fully finance the company’s exploration activities for 2025, with the closing of the deal anticipated by October 24, 2024. The proceeds will be directed towards exploration of the Antino Gold Project in Suriname and for general corporate purposes.
