Founders Metals Inc. has launched a $10 million private placement to fund its exploration pursuits, particularly at the Antino Gold Project in Suriname, and to cover general corporate expenses. Canadian investors, excluding those in Quebec, along with select international participants, can purchase up to 6.25 million shares at $1.60 each without a holding period. This strategic financial move aims to further advance Founders Metals’ position in the South American gold exploration sector.
