Fosun Tourism Group has announced a corporate reshuffle as Ms. Kam Mei Ha Wendy resigns from her roles as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective from August 22, 2024. The company has appointed Mr. Yau Tsz Lun, a seasoned professional with over 6 years of experience in company secretarial services, as her replacement. The Board has expressed appreciation for Ms. Kam’s contributions and warmly welcomed Mr. Yau to his new position.
