FOS Capital Ltd Announces Profit Rise and Dividend

FOS Capital Ltd (AU:FOS) has released an update.

FOS Capital Ltd has reported a robust financial year with a 43% increase in revenue to $24.5 million and an 8% rise in net profit after tax, reaching $632,161. For the first time since the previous year, the company declared a final dividend of 1 cent per share to be paid on September 26, 2024. Despite the improvement in earnings, the net tangible assets per share decreased from 13.4 cents to 11.1 cents year-over-year.
