Forum Energy Tech Stockholders Elect Directors, Approve Plans

Forum Energy Tech (FET) has issued an update.

At the 2024 Annual Meeting on May 10, stockholders made pivotal decisions for the company’s future. They elected Michael McShane and Paul E. Rowsey III as Class III directors for a three-year term, approved the executive compensation plan, and passed an amendment to the 2016 Stock and Incentive Plan. Additionally, Deloitte & Touche LLP was ratified as the company’s independent auditors for the year, underscoring shareholder confidence in the company’s financial oversight.
