Forty Pillars Mining Corp. has successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $285,000 through the issuance of 5.7 million units at $0.05 each. Each unit includes a common share and a warrant, which enables the purchase of an additional share at $0.065 until 2029. The funds are slated for working capital and general corporate purposes.
