Forty Pillars Mining Corp., a Vancouver-based mineral exploration company, has successfully completed the acquisition of Tamed Mining Corp. through a share exchange agreement. In this strategic move, Forty Pillars exchanged 10 million of its common shares at $0.0975 each for all outstanding shares of Tamed Mining, securing interests in mineral claims across Quebec and Idaho.
