Fortis Inc. has announced the pricing of a $500 million offering of 4.171% senior unsecured notes due 2031, with the proceeds intended to repay borrowings and for general corporate purposes. The offering will close on September 9, 2024, and interest on the notes is to be paid semi-annually.
