Forterra plc has initiated an Employee Sharesave Scheme, allowing its workforce to save monthly and earn options on company shares. As of October 2, 2024, options for 1,532,961 shares with an exercise price of £1.40 each were granted, exercisable from December 2027 to May 2028. The scheme is inclusive, offering all employees the opportunity to participate, thereby fostering a sense of ownership and investment within the company.
