Forte Minerals Corp. has successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising CAD $1.79 million through the issuance of 8,953,000 units at CAD $0.20 each, indicating strong investor confidence. The funds are earmarked for Forte’s exploration endeavors, including the Pucarini Gold Project and other sites, as well as for general working capital. The offering, which included common shares and warrants, attracted significant interest, including investments from the company’s directors.
