Tattarang Pty Ltd, along with Nicola and John Forrest, have increased their substantial holding in the Australian Agricultural Company Ltd from 19.49% to 21.37% by purchasing additional shares on the market. The Forrests’ relevant interest in Tattarang gives them each a voting power of more than 20%. This move, involving an investment of A$15,755,721, has further solidified the Forrests’ influence within the company.
