Formula Systems (1985) Ltd., a leading IT solutions and services provider, has announced the Israeli Securities Authority’s approval to extend their September 2022 shelf prospectus until September 2025. While the company has not yet decided on the specifics of any potential securities offering, any future offerings would be limited to Israeli residents and exclude the United States and U.S. persons. Formula Systems operates globally and is traded on both the Nasdaq and Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.
