Formula Systems Calls for Auditor Change Vote

Formula Systems (FORTY) has released an update.

Formula Systems has scheduled a Special General Meeting for shareholders on July 11, 2024, to vote on replacing their current auditor with Ziv Haft Certified Public Accountants, a BDO International Limited member firm, for the year ending December 31, 2024. Shareholders as of June 24, 2024, are entitled to vote, and the Board recommends a ‘FOR’ vote on the proposed auditor change. The meeting will also address any additional matters that properly arise, with detailed voting instructions provided in the company’s proxy statement.
