Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. held its special general meeting in July 2024, where shareholders approved the appointment of Ziv Haft Certified Public Accountants, BDO Israel, as the company’s independent auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. Shareholders also granted the company’s Board of Directors the authority to set the auditor’s compensation.
