Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders to be held on May 9, 2024, where key agendas include the re-election of board members and the re-appointment of their independent registered public accounting firm. Shareholders as of April 9, 2024, are entitled to vote and have been advised by the Board to vote in favor of the proposed resolutions. The meeting will also present the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022.
