The transactions, executed by ABG Sundal Collier AB under EU market abuse and safe harbour rules, bring total shares bought back in the programme to 355,200, with the board planning to seek shareholder approval to redeem the repurchased stock.
Authorised by the 2025 AGM and running until the 2026 AGM, the buyback aims to optimise the company’s capital structure and enhance shareholder value. The initiative underlines Formpipe’s capital-management strategy as it prepares to change its legal name to Lasernet Group AB, signalling a sharpened brand identity while maintaining its public listing on Nasdaq Stockholm.
