Following these trades, the company holds 323,300 shares in treasury under a SEK 7.5 million programme aimed at optimizing its capital structure.
The buyback, conducted under EU market abuse and safe harbour regulations, is intended to enhance shareholder value and will be followed by a proposed redemption of the repurchased shares.
