FormPipe Software AB ( (SE:FPIP) ) has shared an announcement.
Formpipe Software reported fourth-quarter 2025 net sales of SEK 60 million, with currency-adjusted organic growth of 7% and recurring revenue accounting for 91% of turnover, underscoring the strength of its subscription-based Lasernet business. Adjusted EBIT swung to a profit of SEK 8 million from a SEK 6 million loss a year earlier, but reported EBIT was pushed to a SEK 35 million loss by SEK 43 million in one-off costs tied to the divestment of its Public business and personnel changes.
For full-year 2025, net sales rose 9% to SEK 242 million and adjusted EBIT improved to SEK 14 million, while profit after tax was lifted by the Public unit sale, enabling a proposed SEK 760 million capital distribution, or SEK 14 per share. Following the divestment, the company is refocusing as a pure Lasernet play with strengthened commercial organization, a solid net cash position of about SEK 820 million and a planned name change to Lasernet Group, even as annual contract value growth and ARR remained weak and highlighted the need for sharper sales execution.
The most recent analyst rating on (SE:FPIP) stock is a Hold with a SEK23.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on FormPipe Software AB stock, see the SE:FPIP Stock Forecast page.
