Forgame Holdings Ltd has announced a significant acquisition of a 95.0769% equity interest in an unnamed target company for RMB22.80 million, which is approximately HK$25.08 million. The transaction will result in the target becoming an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of Forgame, with its financial outcomes expected to be consolidated into Forgame’s financial statements. The deal, considered a discloseable transaction as per Listing Rules, was funded by Forgame’s internal resources after arm’s length negotiations.
