Leaf Resources Limited (AU:FGH) has released an update.
Foresta Group Holdings Limited has announced the disposal of its outdated chemical extraction equipment, with the process expected to be completed by September 20, 2024. The equipment, previously used for the production of torrefied wood pellets and terpene chemicals, will be destroyed to prevent re-entry to the market, with proceeds going towards the company’s general working capital. Following an impairment recognition of $4.6 million, the company is also seeking to recycle equipment stored in Taupo.
