Foresta Group Holdings Limited has announced the successful completion of a $500,000 AUD capital raise through a convertible note subscription, with funds intended for general working capital. The convertible notes, issued at a face value of $0.01 each, bear a 10% annual interest and are set to mature within 12 months or upon a future capital raising. The conversion of these notes into ordinary shares at $0.01 each, along with free attaching options, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
