The company has applied for the new shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange around 23 February 2026, bringing total shares issued under its current prospectus offer to 51,894,559 and increasing its overall ordinary shares in issue to 350,923,047, which enhances its capacity to deploy capital into its investment portfolio and may improve market liquidity for shareholders.
