Foresight VCT PLC has announced the allotment of 7,086,604 new Ordinary Shares at 78.0p each as part of their Dividend Reinvestment Scheme. The new shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and begin trading on the London Stock Exchange around July 1, 2024. Following the allotment, the company’s total number of Ordinary Shares in issue has increased to 276,507,270.
