Foresight Enterprise VCT PLC has announced the allotment of 1,740,781 new Ordinary Shares at 61.3p each, as part of its Dividend Reinvestment Scheme. The new shares are expected to be admitted to the UK Listing Authority and start trading on the London Stock Exchange around July 15, 2024. This latest share issuance brings the total number of Ordinary Shares in the company to 266,764,967.
