Foresight VCT Completes Share Buyback

Foresight Vct (GB:FTV) has released an update.

Foresight VCT PLC has successfully completed the buyback of 1,028,487 of its own ordinary shares on June 28, 2024, at a price of 72.15p per share, subsequently reducing the total number of voting rights to 275,478,783. The company confirms that all pertinent inside information was publicly disclosed before the transaction, ensuring compliance with market rules. No shares are being held in treasury following this purchase.
