At the Annual General Meeting of Foresight Enterprise VCT plc, all proposed resolutions passed successfully, marking a smooth governance transition as Raymond Abbott stepped down from the Board after seven years of service. Shareholders participated in proxy voting, with a representation of 3.6% of the issued share capital.
