Foremost Lithium to Acquire Uranium Projects and Rebrand

Foremost Lithium Resource & Technology Ltd. has announced a landmark deal with Denison Mines to potentially acquire a 70% stake in 10 uranium projects in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin, a region known for high-grade uranium deposits and production. In line with this strategic shift, the company will also rebrand itself as Foremost Clean Energy Ltd., with Denison’s CEO David Cates expected to join the Foremost board, leveraging his industry expertise.
