Quantum Blockchain Technologies Plc has announced that its investee, Forcrowd Srl, has successfully obtained an EU Passport allowing them to expand their equity-crowdfunding services across all EU jurisdictions. This milestone follows an intense registration process, paving the way for Forcrowd’s upcoming launch of crowdfunding campaigns focused on real estate and energy sectors in the second half of 2024. The significant expansion into European markets marks a strategic growth step for Forcrowd, in which Quantum Blockchain Technologies holds a 41% stake.
