Foran Mining (TSE:FOM) has released an update.
Foran Mining Corporation has successfully completed the first portion of its $360 million private placement, raising $289 million in gross proceeds. The funds are earmarked for the development of the company’s mineral projects in Saskatchewan and general corporate purposes. A second tranche is anticipated to follow soon, pending a special shareholders meeting.
