Food Empire Transfers Shares for Employee Scheme

Food Empire Holdings Limited (SG:F03) has released an update.

Food Empire Holdings Limited has announced the transfer of 390,000 treasury shares to support its Employee Share Option Schemes. This transfer has reduced their treasury shares from 19,793,200 to 19,403,200, slightly altering the percentage of treasury shares against total outstanding ordinary shares. The value of the transferred shares amounted to S$322,246.82.
