Food Empire Holdings Executes Treasury Shares Transfer

Food Empire Holdings Limited (SG:F03) has released an update.

Food Empire Holdings Limited has reported the transfer of 100,000 treasury shares on March 11, 2024, as part of its Employees’ Share Option Schemes. This transfer has reduced their treasury shares to 22,163,200, representing a slight percentage decrease from 4.217% to 4.198% of the total outstanding ordinary shares. The value of the transferred shares was S$80,463.60.
