Food Empire Executes Treasury Shares Transfer

Food Empire Holdings Limited (SG:F03) has released an update.

Food Empire Holdings Limited has reported the transfer of 3 million treasury shares to facilitate its Employees’ Share Option Schemes, reducing its treasury share count to 19.163 million. The transaction has slightly decreased the percentage of treasury shares relative to total outstanding shares from 4.198% to 3.609%, with the transferred shares valued at approximately S$2.41 million.
