Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited ( (NZ:FCG) ) has provided an update.

Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has announced interim leadership changes in its Global Ingredients division ahead of current President Global Ingredients Richard Allen’s transition to the CEO role on 1 May 2026. Executive Vice President Global Ingredients Growth Elisa Giusti, based in Chicago, will become President Global Ingredients Growth, taking oversight of risk, pricing and optimisation, innovation, science and technology, and R&D, while Dubai-based regional president Gaby Amade will become President Global Ingredients Sales and Operations, leading ingredients teams across Greater China, the Americas, Oceania and North Asia, with both executives joining Fonterra’s management team under a temporary structure pending confirmation of a permanent setup.
