Fonix Mobile PLC has completed a successful secondary placing of 6,666,667 shares at 225 pence each, spurred by high demand and constituting approximately 6.7% of its issued share capital. The company also repurchased 907,000 shares through their Share Buyback Programme, reducing the total voting rights to 98,975,420. The transactions are settled in cash and were facilitated by Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, with settlement expected around April 26, 2024.
