Fokus Mining Corporation recently held its annual and special meeting, where shareholders re-elected seven directors and re-appointed key executives, including Jean Rainville as CEO. Additionally, shareholders approved the appointment of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP as the auditor and ratified an updated stock option plan. The company also granted stock options for 300,000 common shares to one Director, with an immediate vesting period and a five-year expiry.
