Fokus Mining Corporation successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $150,000 through the issuance of 3 million units at $0.05 each, with proceeds aimed at bolstering general working capital. Each unit includes a share and a warrant, the latter allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.06 within three years. The freshly garnered funds will support the exploration of the Galloway gold project in Quebec, where the company has already drilled 40 diamond holes.
