Fokus Mining Launches $1.5 Million Private Placement

Fokus Mining (TSE:FKM) has released an update.

Fokus Mining Corporation announces a $1.5 million non-brokered private placement to fund exploration on its Galloway project and for general corporate purposes. The offering will consist of separate units and flow-through units, each with attached warrants, with a finder’s fee payable to an arm’s length finder. The expected closing date is on or before October 4, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
