Fokus Mining Corporation has successfully closed a private placement, raising $1.875 million through the issuance of shares and warrants, which will fund exploration on its Galloway property in Quebec. The placement increases Fokus’s outstanding shares to over 155 million and aims to support the company’s ongoing mining projects in a region known for its gold deposits.
