Focusrite Sees Notable Voting Rights Shift

Focusrite (GB:TUNE) has released an update.

Focusrite PLC has announced a significant change in ownership as Sanford DeLand Asset Management Ltd, based in Leeds, UK, crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights on 12 July 2024. This change is due to an acquisition or disposal of voting rights, with the new total holding now amounting to 5.04% of the company’s voting rights, a slight increase from the previous notification of 4.95%.
