Focus Graphite Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $450,001.50 through the issue of over 2.3 million common shares and units to accredited investors. The financing includes warrants that allow the holder to purchase additional shares until May 2027, with all securities being subject to a four-month hold period. This capital raise is intended to support Focus Graphite’s ongoing efforts to produce flake graphite concentrate and potentially develop value-added graphite products.
