Focus Graphite Inc. has announced an increase in their private placement offering from $300,000 to $500,000, which includes the additional issuance of over 6.6 million units priced at $0.075 each. The capital raised from this offering, expected to close by October 4, 2024, will support the company’s operations and general working capital needs. Shareholders have also approved an amended equity incentive plan that allows for a greater number of options and the issuance of Restricted Share Units.
