Fobi AI Inc. has announced the postponement of its annual general meeting (AGM) due to the unexpected resignation of its auditors, BDO Canada LLP. The resignation has disrupted the company’s planned AGM as new materials must now be sent to shareholders, causing a delay. CEO Rob Anson expressed disappointment but is optimistic about the engagement with a new audit firm.
