Flutter Entertainment has appointed David Kenny as an independent non-executive director, with his term to begin at the conclusion of the company’s Annual General Meeting on 29 May 2026, after the board determined he meets New York Stock Exchange independence standards. Kenny, currently chairman of Best Buy and an independent director and former CEO and executive chairman of Nielsen, brings extensive leadership experience from major technology, media and analytics businesses, which the board expects will strengthen Flutter’s governance and strategic capabilities as it continues to navigate a competitive, tech-driven betting and gaming landscape.
