Fluidra ( (ES:FDR) ) has shared an announcement.

Fluidra has refreshed the composition of its governing committees following shareholder approvals at its May 6, 2026 meeting, reappointing proprietary director José Manuel Vargas to both the Executive Committee and the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, and proprietary director M. Allison Steiner to the Audit and Sustainability Committee for their new board terms. The company also acknowledged the end of independent director Barbara Borra’s mandate and her departure from the Executive Committee, resulting in a rebalanced committee structure that maintains a mix of executive, proprietary, and independent directors across audit, remuneration, and executive oversight functions.

The Audit and Sustainability Committee will now be chaired by independent director Olatz Urroz alongside independent members Esther Berrozpe and Brian McDonald, with Steiner as a proprietary member, reinforcing independent oversight of financial and ESG matters. The Appointments and Remuneration Committee and Executive Committee have likewise been recalibrated under the leadership of independent chair Esther Berrozpe and executive chair Eloy Planes, respectively, changes that signal continuity in governance while adjusting to board turnover and preserving representation of major shareholders and independent voices in key decision-making bodies.

The most recent analyst rating on (ES:FDR) stock is a Hold with a EUR20.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Fluidra stock, see the ES:FDR Stock Forecast page.
