The latest update is out from Fluidra ( (ES:FDR) ).
Fluidra reported a solid start to 2026, with first-quarter sales rising 5.4% at constant exchange rates to 564 million euros, as all regions delivered growth on the back of both volume and price gains. Adjusted EBITDA increased 1.8% to 124 million euros with a 22.0% margin, while net profit rose 6.4% to 46 million euros, and strong working capital management helped cut net debt to 1,278 million euros and improve leverage to 2.6 times.
Regionally, North America grew 5% organically as Fluidra continued to gain market share, Southern Europe advanced 6% and the rest of Europe 4%, with the rest of the world up 5% supported by commercial pool demand. The company reinforced its commercial pool position with the acquisition of VarioPool and agreed to buy South African distributor Riaan Pool, while its Aiper platform performed in line with expectations.
Fluidra also pushed ahead with its differentiation strategy by launching PoolTrackr SaaS in the United States, progressing its innovation pipeline and advancing a new global R&D center in China aimed at speeding product development and lowering costs. To protect margins amid inflation, it introduced price increases and freight surcharges from May, implemented fixed-cost reductions and continued to optimize its industrial footprint, while reiterating full-year guidance despite a shifting commercial backdrop.
The most recent analyst rating on (ES:FDR) stock is a Hold with a EUR20.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Fluidra stock, see the ES:FDR Stock Forecast page.
