Flowtech Fluidpower PLC has announced the exercise of options for 182,500 ordinary shares at 50 pence each, which will be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on May 22, 2024. This move is expected to increase the total voting rights in the company to 61,675,173, providing shareholders with a new denominator for monitoring their shareholding percentage.
