Flowing Cloud Technology Ltd has announced the resignation of Deloitte as their auditor due to disagreements over audit fee remuneration and the appointment of Zhonghui ANDA CPA Limited as the new auditor effective July 19, 2024. The company’s Board and Audit Committee assure shareholders there is no other underlying issue causing the change and believe the new auditor will not impact the Group materially. They express gratitude to Deloitte for past services and confidence that Zhonghui ANDA is suitable for the role.
