Flow Metals Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $350,000 for exploration and development of its mining projects in British Columbia and the Yukon. The financing will offer both non-flow through and flow-through common shares, with the proceeds intended for Canadian exploration expenses and general corporate purposes.
