Flora Growth Corp. has appointed Harold Wolkin, a finance veteran with over 30 years of experience, to its Board of Directors and named him Chair of the Audit Committee. Concurrently, Clifford Starke, the CEO of the company, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board. These strategic moves are anticipated to aid Flora’s expansion and enhance corporate governance as they grow their global operations.
