Luke Olson has decided to step down as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. by December 12, 2024, to explore a new opportunity. His resignation does not stem from any disputes concerning the company’s financial integrity or operational practices. Bryan Langley, the current Executive Vice President and CFO, is set to take over Olson’s accounting duties post-departure.
